From Mar. 25 to Mar. 26, the 3rd IFSCC Benefactor's Event came as expected at The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan. Pursuant to the purpose of promoting the development of cosmetics technology, supported by IFSCC and IFSCC Chinese Benefactors, sponsored by China-SCC and co-organized by SPDC, IFSCC appeared in Shanghai for the first time to provide international cosmetic technology exchange opportunities for industry colleagues and jointly promote the scientific and technological development of the cosmetics industry.
