From Apr. 19, 2024 to Apr. 21, 2024, under the guidance of Vocational Ability Evaluation Center of China National Light Industry Council and Evaluation Center of China Household Chemicals Industry Association, the first cosmetic efficacy evaluator (Level 3) vocational ability evaluation training class sponsored by Beijing Daily Chemical Association, Beijing Daily Chemical Association Cosmetic Efficacy Evaluation Professional Technical Committee and Pinguan Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. and co-organized by Beijing EWISH Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and China Household Chemicals Industry Association Cosmetic Discipline Construction and Innovation Development Specialized Committee was successfully held in Beijing.

The training place of the training class is the conference room of Building 15 of our company. On the morning of Apr. 19, Chairman-Wang Wanxu, Vice Chairman-Zhao Yangyu and Director of Member Service Department-Chen Wei of China Household Chemicals Industry Association, Chairman-Zhao Hua and Secretary General-Tao Lily of Beijing Daily Chemical Association, our Deputy General Manager-Liu Qi and more than 50 trainees from domestic universities, inspection bodies and enterprises attended the opening ceremony. Tao Lili, Secretary General of Beijing Daily Chemical Association, presided over the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, Chairman of China Household Chemicals Industry Association-Wang Wanxu made a speech and pointed out that strengthening the training of skilled personnel was a key measure of workforce development strategy, and China Household Chemicals Industry Association actively carried out vocational skills training, established training bases in many places and achieved remarkable results. The promulgation of the Cosmetic Efficacy Evaluator light industry professional ability evaluation standards provides a reference for the training and professional ability evaluation of cosmetic efficacy evaluation personnel. The opening of the cosmetic efficacy evaluator training class is of great significance to enhance the training of high-quality talents in the industry and promote the high-quality development of the cosmetics industry.

Chairman Wang especially mentioned the contribution of Beijing Daily Chemical Association and our company to the drafting of norms and talent training, expressed thanks and put forward his expectations for the training class, hoping that the trainees would study hard, apply what they had learned and become excellent technical experts in the efficacy evaluation of the cosmetics industry. He stressed that the training should be strictly standardized to ensure the quality of evaluation and wished the current training class a complete success and good results for the trainees.

Liu Qi, Deputy General Manager of our company, first introduced the core business and characteristics of the company in his speech. He mentioned that EWISH was a third-party detection institution that focused on cosmetic safety, sensory and efficacy evaluation and method research. The company actively collaborated with colleges and universities, hospital laboratories and other scientific research institutions and was committed to building China's first scientific third-party cosmetic efficacy evaluation inspection and testing technical service platform on the basis of the industry association platform.

For the holding of the current cosmetic efficacy evaluator training class, he said that the company had given a high degree of recognition and support. He deemed that the opening of the training class would not only help to improve the professional skills and quality of industry personnel, but also promote the sustainable and healthy development of the cosmetics industry. At the theoretical training link, six experts in the field of cosmetic efficacy evaluation (Professor Zhao Hua, Associate Professor Pan Yao, Director Tan Yimei, Professor Liu Wei, Deputy General Manager Chang Sisi and Deputy General Manager Liu Qi) explained the theoretical knowledge of cosmetic efficacy evaluation from multiple angles based on the professional ability requirements of Level 3 cosmetic efficacy evaluators as the core. Chang Sisi, Deputy General Manager of our company, taught the trainees about the regulatory requirements and evaluation methods for special cosmetic efficacy claims; Liu Qi, Deputy General Manager, taught the trainees the technical essentials of the evaluation of the human efficacy of cosmetics.

As for the practical operation link, the Project Manager of our company explained and demonstrated the data acquisition and image acquisition methods of common skin testers as well as explained the data processing and statistical analysis methods in details.
